How long does delivery take?

Orders leave the warehouse in 1–2 business days. Standard is 4–7 business days after that, express is 2–3. Both are US only at the moment.

What does shipping cost?

Free over $100. Below that it is a $6.95 flat rate, shown in the cart before you type an address anywhere.

Can I return something?

30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. If it arrived faulty or wrong we pay the return postage; if you simply changed your mind, you do.

How do I know what size to order?

Every sized garment links to the size guide from its product page. Measurements are per garment, not a generic chart — if a specific product's measurements are missing, ask us before ordering rather than guessing.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is the default and tracking works from the order number and email alone. An account only saves you re-typing an address.
