Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Nothing on the live store states a shipping rate anywhere, so these numbers are placeholders chosen to be plausible — not values anybody has confirmed with a carrier. They are set in one file and must be replaced before this store takes a real order.
Where we ship
Currently the United States only. Ordering from elsewhere is not possible at checkout rather than being accepted and then cancelled.
What it costs
- Free on orders over $100.00.
- $6.95 flat on standard delivery below that, whatever is in the cart.
- $16.95 for express, charged on every order regardless of value.
How long
Orders leave the warehouse in 1–2 business days. Standard then takes 4–7 business days, express 2–3. The clock starts at dispatch, not at checkout, and we say so on the confirmation page with actual dates rather than adjectives.
Tracking
Emailed the moment the parcel is scanned. You can also look it up on the track order page with the order number and email — no account.
If it goes wrong
Lost, stuck or damaged in transit is ours to sort out. Tell us and we chase the carrier. We do not ask customers to file claims.
